3. Investment, Equity & Royalty Structure

• Any investment provided by First Million Step (Pvt.) Ltd. may involve equity, royalty, or a combination of both.
• The structure, percentage, duration, and terms will be decided case by case and documented through separate legal agreements.
• No equity, royalty, or financial obligation exists unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Applicants retain ownership of their ideas and intellectual property. First Million Step does not claim ownership unless agreed under a formal investment or partnership agreement.

5. Ethical Conduct

Members must act professionally and ethically. Misrepresentation, fraud, or unethical behavior may result in termination and legal action if applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

First Million Step (Pvt.) Ltd. is not responsible for financial losses, missed opportunities, third-party decisions, or external market risks.

7. Confidentiality Obligations

Members must maintain confidentiality regarding internal discussions, evaluations, meetings, and materials.

8. Amendments

First Million Step reserves the right to modify services, programs, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes shall fall under the relevant jurisdiction.
